계정이 폐쇄되었습니다 - 이유가 무엇이고, 어떻게 해야 하나요?
계정이 폐쇄되는 데에는 몇 가지 이유가 있습니다:
1. 활동이 없는 경우.
가장 일반적인 이유는 계정이 3개월 이상 장기간 비활성 상태(로그인/활동 없음)로 인해 폐쇄되었기 때문입니다. 이러한 계정은 잔액이 없는 경우 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 새 계정을 자유롭게 등록할 수 있습니다. (플랫폼에 회원님이 등록한 다른 활성 계정이 없는 경우에 한합니다.)
* 이메일은 재사용할 수 없습니다. 다른 이메일 주소를 사용해야 합니다.
2. 소유자가 삭제한 경우.
잔액에 자금이 없는 경우 해당 계정은 복원할 수 없습니다. 이전 사례와 마찬가지로 플랫폼에 회원님이 등록한 다른 활성 계정이 없는지 확인한 후 새 계정을 만들면 됩니다.)
* 실수로 계정을 직접 삭제했는데 잔액에 자금이 남아 있는 경우 자세한 내용은 지원팀에 문의하세요(웹사이트 메인 페이지의 '연락처' 양식 사용). 운영자가 계정을 복원할 수 있는지 확인합니다.
3. 중복된 계정.

계정을 복원할 수 있는 경우 다음 정보를 제공하라는 메시지가 표시됩니다.
- 신분증(여권 또는 주민등록증)을 들고 있는 본인의 고해상도 사진(셀카)과 함께 'QUOTEX'라는 이름, 현재 날짜, 서명을 적은 종이를 보내주세요. 얼굴, 몸, 양팔이 모두 보여야 합니다. 문서의 세부 사항은 명확하고 읽기 쉬워야 합니다.
- 해당 계좌에 입금한 영수증 스크린샷(입금에 사용한 결제 시스템의 은행 명세서 또는 상세 영수증으로 대체 가능).
